Next, explore the vibrant art scene of Ubud. Visit the traditional art market and nearby galleries filled with local handicrafts, paintings, and Balinese artwork.
After that, travel through scenic countryside roads and picturesque rice terraces before arriving at Tirta Empul Temple. This sacred water temple is famous for its holy spring water used in traditional purification rituals and remains one of Bali’s most important spiritual sites.
Then, continue to the Kintamani highlands and enjoy spectacular views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur from the viewpoint area. The cool mountain atmosphere and panoramic volcanic scenery create one of the most memorable experiences in Bali.

Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple Founded in 962 AD, Tirta Empul is one of the largest and busiest water temples in Indonesia. Located in the village of Manukaya, this national cultural heritage site is dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu God of water. The temple’s name means "Holy Water Spring," referring to the crystal-clear mountain spring located within the central courtyard.
Perched on the edge of a massive volcanic caldera, the Kintamani Highland is one of Bali’s most spectacular mountain regions. Known for its cool, refreshing climate and rugged landscapes, this area offers some of the most dramatic views on the island. From its high vantage points, you can look down upon the vast, crescent-shaped Lake Batur and the dark, lava-scarred slopes of the active Mount Batur volcano.
Dating back to the 11th century, Goa Gajah is one of Bali’s most mysterious and spiritually significant archaeological sites. Located just outside of Ubud in the village of Bedulu, this "Elephant Cave" serves as a historic sanctuary for both Hindu and Buddhist meditation.
